Shanghai Silver and A Momentofmadness make it three from three last week

It’s not often we end the week with a 100% strike rate but that’s what happened last week. We weren’t expecting Shanghai Silver to beat the favourite in his race, who was rated 102, but with that horse under performing he came home in front. He’s a big testament to the team at home because he had a very nasty injury as a two year old and spent a long time in the box. His owners have been very patient and hopefully they will now be rewarded.

A Momentofmadness just loves Kempton and wings round the bends there. He’s very fast so it wasn’t a surprise he broke the track record in a competitive race. He’ll go back on the turf now and there are options for him both here and in France over the season. One race he’ll probably run in is The Dash at Epsom as his owners love the race. He’s a star horse as he takes his racing really well and turns up at all the big meetings.
